Mike and I went to see the pope this weekend. My Catholic school teachers would be so proud! At first I didn't want to go because I knew how insane it would be, but I'm glad I did. It was a pretty cool thing to see. The security was crazy intense, there were helicopters and snipers and he had one heck of a security detail on foot all around the pope-mobile as he proceeded down Fifth avenue.

My parents went to go see him too. I ended up watching a good amount of coverage this past weekend. I wasn't planning to but it happens. It was moving I must say.
