Happy Thanksgiving

Quiet

Sorry it's been quiet around here lately. We have family coming into town today and I have been busy getting ready for the holiday. The apartment is clean, we finally got the bikes into storage and have tried to organize as much as possible with the little space that we have.

All this preparation for the holiday really has me anxious to have a house again. I love to entertain and it's so hard in such a small space. Sadly, we aren't even going to be able to put all of the things we are registering for in this apartment, they are going to have to stay in Florida until we decide where we are going from here. New York has so many amazing things to offer but there are many sacrifices you have to make for living here. Sometimes I love it and other times it really frustrates me!

Friday is here!

Vintage Bikes

I'm drawn to vintage bikes for some reason, I love them and just recently even bought a vintage inspired bike. Every time I come across a picture of a vintage bike on the internet I save it for my inspiration binders. Here are a couple I found recently.

I've been bad, really bad! I just bought these boots! The picture doesn't even do them justice, they are so friggin cute! Shopbop.com has a 30% discount on all fully priced merchandise excluding jewelry and accessories so I got an awesome deal! They are a little early Christmas present to myself!

Twilight Obsessed...

I'm sure I'm a little late to the game but I finally picked up and read the first book in the Twilight series. Umm, I'm hooked, it's AMAZING! This must be what all the Harry Potter fans felt like! My friend just brought me the second book and it's taking everything I have not to read it under my desk at work!
